Ken Cline graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Mathematics from LaGrange College. Mr. Cline is a master carpenter; Mr. Cline spent most of his summers growing up on job sites working and apprenticing. His background as a subcontractor himself and his long working relationship with many of our top subcontractors creates a strong sense of loyalty among our crews which translates into a higher quality product for our clients. Mr. Cline has worked on a project management team overseeing the construction upgrades. He was one of the youngest licensed realtors in the State of Georgia. Associate Property Manager & Site Developer
Joshua is one of our newest youngest associates and spends most his time running the management need for day to day services. He is also the face of corporate relations with our tenants. He is a proven negotiator, problem solver and deal closer and is always ready to step in should his skills be needed. Mr. Cline is well versed in dealing with vendors and has a background in food service so he can relate to our food service tenant needs. He is well versed in permits and City ordinances necessary for tenant occupancy.Today CVE completes construction projects near the Atlanta Georgia Area; our portfolio is varied and includes office buildings, luxury homes, land development, restaurants, industrial facilities.
Executive Assistant and Property Site Manager
Madison is one of our newest youngest associates and spends most his time running the management need for day to day services. He is also the face of corporate relations with our tenants. Mrs. Deese is well versed in dealing with vendors and has a background in customer service so she can relate to our tenant needs. Senior Property Adverser & Financial Management
Tim Cline is our senior adverser who worked in Real Estate for over 50 years. With his experience and knowledge of in the field he spends most of his time looking over projects make certain that each projects is properly handled correctly. He Is a very intelligent and skilled real estate specialist. In his time he has gone up against the most fierce competition in the field.
Mr. Cline got his start when he was a young man, where he was a licensed Real Estate Broker and builder. He would buy and sell many property and managed several rental complexes. He would use tactics he learned over the years to help us in our projects and property. our portfolio is varied and includes office buildings, luxury homes, land development, restaurants, industrial facilities.
CFO - Site Development & Financial Advisor
Keith Cline has a Global Masters Degree (GMBA) from Georgia Technical Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry from LaGrange College. Mr. Cline has a background in property development and in US and Internationally. He has held executive roles for major US & international companies traded on the New York stock exchange including SC Johnson, NCH and Zep Manufacturing. His work includes developing global product lines in the US and in several international countries. Mr. Cline was one of the youngest licensed realtors in the State of Georgia. At 19 years old he held a realtors license and worked for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Today CVE completes construction projects near the Atlanta Georgia Area.

Capital Venture Group is the product of a partnership formed between two Brother, Keith Cline, and Ken Cline, in 2011. The two began business by being two of the youngest real estate agents in the state of Georgia. The two became licensed real estate agents at 18 and 19 years old. Later they purchased a small chemical and packaging company in Newnan Georgia. That development eventually led to the formation of Innovative Formulations Inc and Capital Venture Group Companies. In its first years, Capital Venture Group had three main functions; it was a development company, a management company, and a real estate acquisition company. As our business grew, we eventually obtained several properties
In the past few years, CVE has completed many million dollars’ worth of construction projects in Central Georgia just outside of the Atlanta Georgia area. Our projects range from $250,000 up to $1,000,000+ in new construction. Our clients include many dozens of valued homeowners and commercial clients. We continue to serve both our clients and our communities through innovation and new technologies in the building and construction area. Our properties include office complexes, manufacturing facilities and residential homes located in gated golf course communities and on prestigious West Point Lake.
